You will join a team of highly motivated, energetic sales professionals that take pride in landing new customers, running strategic sales cycles and delivering the Box message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.nn nnWHAT YOU’LL DO nnn* nnHire, train and manage a team of SMB Account Executivesnnn* nnDevelop AEs for career growth within the Box Sales organizationnnn* nnActively participate in customer onsites, calls, and any other assistance your team needs in getting deals closednnn* nnReport on sales metrics and forecast to senior sales managementnnn* nnMotivate Individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorshipnnnnnn nnWHO YOU ARE nnn* nn5+ years of closing sales experiencennn* nnPreferred but not required: 1+ year experience managing, hiring and training Account Executives to achieve performance goalsnnn* nnPreferred by not required: experience selling into multiple segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise)nnn* nnExcellent communication, business acumen organizational and time management skillsnnn* nnExperience developing a new territory and/or experience managing a lead generation teamnnn* nnPrior success in SaaS sales or proven ability to learn new technology quickly nnnnnn nn nnHead-over-heels about this role but not sure you meet all the requirements?
