We research, develop and maintain systems which support other internal teams from an operational and analytical perspective.nnThe role: nnReporting to the Manager, Software Engineering, the Staff Salesforce Engineer will lead the design and execution of complex, cross-functional Salesforce initiatives, influencing how Jobber integrates Salesforce with other systems. This role is critical to ensuring the platform supports and enables our sales & customer success teams to build better relationships with our customers and drive long-term architectural improvements. Our robust internal tools will allow you to directly make an impact in shaping our technical roadmap, resolve complex business challenges, and to deliver scalable solutions that impact multiple teams!nnWere looking for people who are ready for their next challenge, and want to use their experience to influence people, processes and decisions.nnThe Staff Salesforce Developer will:nnn* Architect and lead the implementation of new processes and automations in Salesforce aligned with broader business and technical strategiesnn* Drive the architectural vision for Salesforce integrations ensuring that third-party tools or apps fully align with Jobbers long-term technical and business goalsnn* Lead cross-functional collaboration and conduct thorough analysis to drive long-term solutions to enhance Salesforce support of Jobbers business goalsnn* Assist in defining and executing the roadmap for the platform that prioritizes system maintenance and improvements to ensure the platform performs well and can scale with Jobber nn* Lead initiatives to adopt advanced tooling or automation to drive innovation and platform performance at a border scalenn* Strategically optimize business process across teamsnnnnnTo be successful, you should have:nnn* Previous experience as an experienced Senior or Staff Salesforce Developer, developing and implementing Salesforce Solutionsnn* Extensive experience working with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, OmniStudio, JSON/XML, JavaScriptnnnnnExtensive experience working with integrations using REST and/or SOAPnnn* Experience with Salesforce deployment tooling, with a preference of Gearsetnn* Ability to work with Git version control and familiarity with deploying with Gitnn* Ample knowledge of Salesforce limitsnn* Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experiencenn* Experience with Salesforce declarative programming tools such as Process Builder and Flow Builder/Cloud Flow Designernn* Experience in working with data migration and import tools such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizardnn* Desire to collaborate. Experience working across multiple business units, comprising many stakeholders and influencing factors. You are team-oriented but able to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environmentnn* Ownership and growth mindset.
