We are building an ABM program to complement our category-leading inbound demand generation program. This role will play the leading role in the creation of our ABM program strategy. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of ABM technology and operationalizing the intent signal follow-up motion. You will play a key role in getting the ABM program off the ground, keen to share your past experience as you educate the organization on ABM methods and workflows. You know how to implement and configure ABM technologies to illuminate intent and uncover demand in the marketplace that has previously been hidden from our view. You are passionate about driving change and leading Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success to adopt modern ABM practices.
You will be accountable for working cross-functionally with GTM leadership and reps to align on the ABM strategy, develop the intent follow-up process workflow, and drive adoption and daily active use of the ABM platform. You will partner with Revenue Operations to determine ICP and target account lists for the ABM program. You will collaborate with Enterprise Marketing and Product Marketing to develop compelling messaging and outreach sequences for pursuing marketing qualified accounts. Once the foundation of the ABM program is established, you will layer in industry-specific and persona-personalized messaging across digital ads, outreach sequences, content and CTAs. Pipeline generation and deals won will be your ultimate measure of success.
This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What were looking for:
  • Experience implementing 6sense or Demandbase and operating an ABM program based on these technologies at scale in a growing SaaS business
  • Experience working in a SaaS business serving the cyber security industry is desired
  • Several years of Marketing experience, including expereince managing an ABM program
  • You are a detail oriented, creative thinker, who enjoys problem-solving
  • A proven track record in deeply understanding ABM levers available to drive opportunity growth
  • Change management experience and proven ability to drive adoption and usage of ABM across a diverse remote GTM organization

What you can expect:
  • Establish the ABM program strategy, objectives, and key results in conjunction with the GTM leaders for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
  • Work with internal teams to build tailored messaging to attract, engage and optimize high-value target accounts. Deliver that messaging to our target persona in accounts exhibiting buying intent signals through simple outreach workflows.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to plan and execute a digital strategy for surrounding ICP and high-intent accounts with targeted industry and persona-personalized messaging to increase their awareness and provoke engagement.
  • Partner with the ABM platforms professional services team to implement the solution, fine tune the predictive models, and deliver a simple workflow from the first alert of a new intent signal to a booked meeting with that account.
  • Educate and continuously enable sales, business development and customer success reps on the ABM workflows and processes. Actively listen and use rep input to troubleshoot, refine and optimize the program execution.
  • Partner with product marketing and marketing campaign leaders to identify opportunities to improve messaging and CTAs to increase marketing effectiveness at penetrating key accounts
  • Own and report on monthly ABM pipeline KPIs, budgeting and forecasting
United States-based roles only: The Annual salary for this role is between $134,000USD and $182,000USD, plus immediate participation in 1Passwords benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. All employees are owners of 1Password and receive an equity grant as part of their total package.
