nThe Role:nnA Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for creating user experience by designing and implementing end user productivity, collaboration, and project management tools. The engineer will be responsible to maintain on premise and cloud infrastructure at scale. He will work with all the stakeholders to collect business or technology requirement and delivering the technology outcomesnnRoles and Responsibilities:nnnDesign and implement agile innovative solutions on the cloud and on premise to improve user productivity and engagement. nnShould work on modern technology that allows standardisation, improving customer experience and optimisations.nnCollaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements, create project plans and work with stakeholders to complete the project. nnIdentify and implement standard tool sets to reduce complexity and support operational goals for increasing automation across the enterprise.nnWork closely with multiple businesses and technology teams on technical challenges and process improvements. nnDevelop processes and procedures to integrate multiple computing and collaboration environments at scale. nnGood to be certified in ITIL, TOGAF, Agile (one of them).nnExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid Peer-to-Peer training and leadership skills.nnnnnMandatory Qualifications:nnn4+ years designing and implementing end user computing solutions in a cloud first environment. Azure AD, JAMF, Intune, AWS, Google Workspace etc.nn4+ years implementing and administering Azure Active Directory in an enterprise environment.nn4+ Years in integrating and implementing Collaboration solutions into corporate environments like ZOOM, Gmail, Microsoft Teams. nnDecent understanding of cloud technologies and automation focused on end user computing solutions.
