Wander is a growing, fast-paced startup, hiring a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to test new marketing strategies and channels and scale them to reach and serve new customers. nnThis is our first marketing hire and reports directly to the CMO. Were looking for a generalist that can effectively operate across paid, lifecycle, and organic channels. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who values autonomy and embraces the ambiguity of trying many different things whether thats optimizing Facebook ads, setting up abandon cart emails or expanding our blog content.nThis role also requires analytical horsepower and an ability to lead small cross-functional teams from design, engineering and marketing. If you have 4+ years of experience in growth marketing and are interested in exploring this role, please apply on our career page. nnRequirements:n* 4+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in a startup environmentn* Expertise in at least one of these areas and exposure to at least three:n* Paid social or searchn* Email or lifecycle marketingn* SEO and content developmentn* Product-driven growthn* Marketing analytics tools n* Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver on KPIsn* Strong analytical, data-driven approach to growth (SQL experience preferred) n* Solid communication skills and an ownership mentalitynnAs Wanders Growth Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for:n* Leading and managing cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retentionn* Owning and up-leveling our existing paid social program across Facebook and Instagram and testing into new paid channels like search, display and moren* Improving our existing email and lifecycle program with the goal of driving higher conversion and delivering a better guest experiencen* Collaborating on the development of hard-hitting, thumb-stopping creativen* Running experiments to get signal on new channels and doubling down on what worksn* Developing a deep understanding of our target audience and customernnAbout Wander:nWander is verticalizing the 100B+ short-term rental industry.
