SureSwift Capital, a rapidly growing investment firm with a diverse digital portfolio. We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join one of our amazing portfolio companies, Ghost Inspector. Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate with the Ghost Inspector team and be supported by your peers and colleagues to best situate the company towards success.
As the Product Manager at Ghost Inspector, you will be responsible for creating and executing on the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring that we continue to add value to our customers and grow the business. You will guide the development of our product and serve as liaison between the customer, the business and the technology team. The product manager will lead cross-functional initiatives and manage tasks, tools, relationships in every phase of development, from product planning through launch and beyond.
What you Will Be Accountable For
- Become an expert on the Ghost Inspector product, including: Core web app, Integrations, User experience/flows, Competitors, Customers and Industry
- Work alongside General Manager to develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Translate product strategy into requirements, epics, user stories, tasks and wireframes
- Work with the Engineering team to groom user stories to meet the teams Definition of Ready
- Oversee delivery cycles to ensure the story reaches the teams Definition of Done
- Prioritize backlog/sprints based on product strategy, ROI, customer impact
- Oversee product launches, updates and review promotional plans in conjunction with Growth Marketing Manager
- Influence without authority, stakeholders in development, customer success, business development and marketing
- Measure ongoing product performance and identify opportunities for increasing revenue
- Support the Customer Happiness and Software Development teams in resolving complex customer tickets
- Bonus: technically savvy with tools required to run a SaaS business (Stripe, Hubspot, etc)
- Bonus: UI/UX experience
Your Experience
- Education: Bachelors Degree (SW Engineering, Business) or relevant related work experience
- Years of Experience: 5+ years of product management
- 2+ years as a software engineer
- Experience working in a remote entrepreneurial/startup environment would be an advantage
Your Compensation
The annual base pay range for this role is expected to be between $70,000-$90,000 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicants skill set.
