We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.nResponsibilities: nnnn* Manage personal workload and ensure timely escalation of key risks/issues to managementnn* Handle, review and verify all applications for client on-boarding within available SLAsnn* To maintain a good relationship and work closely with Relationship Partner Teams and direct with clients as required, to obtain all necessary supporting evidence to fulfil your KYC due diligencenn* Proficiency in compliance applications and programmes such as World-Check & Jumionn* Act as a checker to ensure effective 2-eyed and 4-eyed customer due diligence processnn* Good proficiency in conducting risk assessments, periodic/trigger reviews and enhanced due diligencenn* Monitoring and documentation of unusual activity or AML flagsnn* Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT, and other subjects that may form part of the day to day work requirementsnn* Handling any general administration and ancillary activities related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the companynn* Reviewing constitutional documents of corporate clients and their related partiesnn* Conducting open-source searches on regulation, public listing and licensing statusnn* Performing WorldCheck screening against PEP, TF, Adverse Media and ML risksnn* Performing translations of corporate documents into Englishnn* Preparing senior management and MLRO escalation forms with detailed description of risk posed by the client as well as red flags and mitigating factorsProviding feedback on system malfunctions, gaps and necessary upgradesnn* Implementing procedures in onboarding environment, pointing out procedural gapsnn* Detecting suspicious and falsified documentationEnsuring accurate manual data entrynnnnRequirements: nnnn* At least 3 years experience in a corporate onboarding role with substantial knowledge of relevant rules and regulations and the day-to-day compliance affairsnn* Fluent English and German speaker , additional European language knowledge is a plusnn* Knowledge of multiple client types (E.g: Non-Operating/Asset Holding Companies, Funds, Partnerships, Segregated Portfolio Companies, Trusts); and multiple EEA jurisdictionsnn* Experience in reviewing AML Policies and Procedures and identifying control gapsnn* Good knowledge of Virtual Asset Service Providers business typesnn* Experience handling reviews of high risk and complex KYB cases as well as conducting reviews of Financial Institutions and Broker clients profilesnn* Highly preferred for candidates to possess ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certifications or othersnn* Possesses strong time management, organisational and relationship building skillsnn* Adaptable in an evolving and fast-moving environmentnn* Good knowledge on provisions of local laws, directives, regulations and otherwise standards applicable to subject personsnn* Good knowledge of upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies is a strong plusnnnWhy Binance Shape the future with the worlds leading blockchain ecosystem Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning Competitive salary and company benefits Work-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team)nBinance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
