We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a marketing manager. As a marketing manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our SaaS platform. This role requires strong communication (as well as high propensity to tract and follow up with leads) and interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of the SaaS, and the ability to identify and engage potential customers.

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies
  • Process workflow design and management experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • B2B Marketing experience
  • Agency or consultant experience
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront
  • Saas / Project management tool experience, for Workfront admin role
  • Digital experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers
  • Experience presenting findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about, up to the executive level
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will lead the planning, management, execution and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive demand for Embarks Business Groups products and services
  • In addition, this role will lead Integrated Marketing Process Management
  • This includes the design and on-going support and enhancements of project management systems, process workflows, reporting and vendor management
  • Collaborating with segment marketing leads to define business objectives and establishing baseline campaign objectives, strategies, tactics and KPIs
  • Partnering with internal teams (creative, media, research, insights, competitive intelligence, go-to-market, PR, AR, events, legal) to refine campaign needs and finalize briefing needs
  • Authoring and owning strategic campaign briefs and briefing internal partners and agencies
  • Ensuring all projects are aligned with established strategy and keeping team members supplied with the information they need to deliver work that is on strategy and on deadline
  • Managing timelines and having your finger on the pulse of all program details so you are the one person who knows the status of any deliverable at a given point in time
  • Tracking and reporting out on results
  • Developing a deep understanding of emerging business trends, technologies, business intelligence and competitive threats to share back with the business and ensure strategy is aligned
  • Acting as a system admin for Adobe Workfront, the project management tool of record
  • Leading process assessments, and process design and redesign
  • Assisting in promoting the implementation of best practices
  • Recommending innovative solutions to improve operational effectiveness
