Job Title: Director Channel Partnership Sales

Location: Denver hybrid or remote

The Director of Channel Partnership Sales position serves a cross-functional role to align key initiatives between our channel partners and Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships and Enterprise Services. Foundational to success of this role is the growth and oversight of our strategic payment processing partners and value add service partners; our key success metric is new (referred) customers and top line revenue growth.

  • Have had deep experience working with and/or in, global large scale payment processing organizations, financial institutions (FIs) and value add services providers such as payment gateways, token providers, etc.

  • Executive level written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills used to collaborate with upline, downline and across departments
  • Ability to understand the strategic objectives of the organization and align teams around them

You Will Have the Following Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and new customer count growth with our Sales team through Partnerships by increasing deal flow from our existing partners, and activating new ones. You will be extremely experienced in pipeline development, lead flow management, and how partnerships support an enterprise sales process. You will work closely with our Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing teams.
  • Relationship Building and Nurturing; you will be responsible for developing and growing key relationships within our partners. You will have experience collaborating with team members at mid to senior levels in partner organizations across multiple functions including: sales, marketing, client services and product teams.
  • Be responsible for building out and leading partnership team and will have demonstrated leadership and management experience
  • Increase our Share of Voice in the market by promoting the benefits of the Infinicept Partner Network. Work with Marketing on sustained Partner Marketing strategies and be focused on creating buzz about our Partner Network.
  • Be a Solution Evangelist for our Partners; you will understand the details of our embedded payments platforms and the value it brings to the market and our partners. You will work closely with Infinicept Partner Program leadership, solution consultants, sales engineering and product teams.
  • Work closely with our Enterprise Services, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure platform integrations and engagement approach with Partners are optimized for success.
  • Own Partner Revenue Operations: collaborate with Sales/GTM Leaders to create and maintain partner sales forecasting models and data. Assist the Sales/GTM Leaders with Partner Pipeline and Opportunity inspection
  • Work with Revenue Operations leadership to develop, maintain and interpret meaningful data analysis via dashboards, reports and KPIs.

Core Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience working at payments, fintech, and/or software companies
  • 10+ years in partner management, sales, and/or business development leadership
  • Bachelors Degree, Preferred

Work Environment:

Work in a typical office environment with other staff speaking on phones or engaging in limited team conversation. The role will involve long periods of stationary movement and frequent use of computers and other hardware. Physical efforts to carry out job duties may include some standing, bending, lifting, limited stretching, and reaching.
