nPOSITION SUMMARYnnAre you an experienced and motivated QA Engineer? If so, come join Cordial where youll work directly embedded in a highly empowered team consisting of Product, Designers, and Software Engineers to help build Cordials enterprise messaging platform. Youll be included in requirements gathering, design review, scrum meetings, demos, use case discussions, as well as functional, integration and performance testing. Were looking for a fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. nn*This position will be fully remote based in Europe.*nnYOU WILLnnnDefine the scope of testing within your responsibility and according to priorities.nnDevelop and execute manual and automated test cases.nnIdentify and clearly document issues and enhancements providing impact analysis.nnCommunicate the test results to the team.nnGive recommendations on release candidates.nnAssist developers with issue analysis and bug fixes.nnParticipate in regression testing (both manual and automated).nnParticipate in Scrum teams by interfacing closely with Product, Developers and other QA engineers.nnCoordinate with other engineering squads to establish and incorporate best practices across the organization.nnSupport Product teams with QA planning.nnnnnABOUT YOUnnn3+ years of experience in a software related role.nnKnowledge of software development lifecycle.nnExperience in testing multi-tiered applications; experience in testing web-delivered applications.nnFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and debug tools.nnMongoDB and Elasticsearch experience a plus.nnStrong investigation skills.nnStellar communication skills and readiness to contribute into internal documentation.nnAbility to approach testing from the end users perspective.nnA curious mind-set with a strong attention to detail.nnExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.nnFluent English.nnn nn#Salary and compensationn No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, Embedded, Testing, Scrum, Elasticsearch, Engineer and Digital Nomad jobs that are similar:nn $65,000 $120,000/yearn nn#LocationnZagreb, Zagreb, Croatia
