We are an entrepreneurial group excited about using engineering and design to bring innovative and sustainable products to the market. nnYour Responsibilities:nn nnn* Carrying out the general ledger accountingnn* Independent execution of and participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)nn* Monthly account reconciliations to ensure correct bookkeeping and reportingnn* Posting and determination of accruals and deferralsnn* Data transfer, checking, account assignment and posting as well as correct tax valuation of outgoing invoices, incoming invoices and payment transactions in DATEVnn* Proper accounting recording of all other business transactions in general ledger accountingnn* Compliance with tax requirements (VAT, corporate tax, etc.) nn* Compliance with internal control system requirements (including SOX)nn* Contact for external auditors and tax advisorsnn* Analyze and improve workflowsnn* Provide technical support to own and external teams within the companynn* Responsibility for quality, adherence to deadlines and efficiency of the team and the accounting departmentnn* Active process, system and procedure improvementnn* Analysis, processing and resolution of special casesnnnnn nnYour Profile:nn nnn* Successfully completed professional training in the field of finance and accountingnn* Very good knowledge of DATEV and MS Officenn* Experience in accounting of companies operating in e-commerce and manufacturing industrynn* Our company works bilingually.
