We can’t wait to hear from you! nThe Account Manager will proactively develop strong working relationships with our customers, connecting with key business executives, and interacting with project stakeholders. It is a critical role that will lead to engagement with Chainstack customers and ensure customer success, adoption, retention and growth. The main responsibility is to understand the health of our customers, and ensure that they grow into Chainstacks ideal customers.nResponsibilities: n* Executing the Chainstack customer onboarding process with new Chainstack customers nnn* Responsible for generating account expansions through upselling and cross selling the various products that we have to our current customersnnn* Evaluating customer health and determining corrective action (if necessary), as well as ensuring the adoption of Chainstack solutions through execution of the Chainstack customer success process nnn* Maintain regular touchpoints including regular checkup calls and quarterly business reviews to understand customers desired outcomes and success gaps, and align them with the necessary resources to achieve themnnn* Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to generate proper levels of adoption, ensure renewals, and create new revenue opportunitiesnnn* Capturing both business and technical outcomes achieved through the deployment of Chainstack and communicating these both internally and externally nnn* Coordinating communications with required stakeholders on high priority issues and crucial support cases to resolve customer technical issuesnnn* Coordinating within the Chainstack team to bring the right resources at the right time to ensure customer adoption and success nnn* Responsible for subscription renewals and failed paymentsnnn* Conducting the research and verification of subscription renewal data, gathering pricing information, and following up, while seeking additional revenue opportunitiesnnn* Working collaboratively with the Marketing team to build Customer testimonials, referrals, and case studiesnnnRequirements:n* 3+ years Post Sales Customer Facing experience Technical Account Management/Sales Engineer is a must have nnn* Interest and understanding of Web3 tech companies is a must have nnn* Experience with blockchain is a plusnnn* A proven track record of customer retention and growth through strong customer servicennn* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelnnn* Solid experience with CRM software (for example, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)nnn* Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to customer needsnnn* Proven ability to juggle multiple customer success management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailnnn* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesnnnWe OffernAt Chainstack, we recognise that our employees come from different backgrounds and have different needs.
